Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Groovy Parachute.
We appreciate your business and we'd love to see you 100% happy.
A refund or replacement may be applicable for quality reasons. However we custom print every item for you therefore we cannot process "try before you buy" orders and return shipments.
Refunds apply to product orders. Subscriptions are not refundable.

1. Refund / Replacement
Within 30 days from date of delivery you can request a refund, shop credit, or replacement items.
2. Conditions
A refund, item replacement, or shop credit applies if:
- An item is damaged
- An item is short of 100% quality in your opinion
You can apply a shop credit as a discount to a single order in your original currency.
We refund shipping in proportion to item pricing. E.g. refunding an item of $40 on a $100 order, refunds 40% of shipping total.

Please attach a picture in your email. Describe the problem as necessary.
4. Response Times
We reply within 24 hours.
On approval you can expect your refund to be credited within 7 days via your original method of payment.
Should the currency of your bank account differ to purchase currency, we refund in original currency. Exchange rate differences may apply.
5. Exchanges
We replace delivered goods only for quality or damage to items. Please send a picture with a description to support@groovyparachute.com to begin.
Please do not return items to the manufacturer.
6. Late / Missing Refunds
Should your refund not be complete within 7 days of confirmation by us, please first contact your payment provider. Banks sometimes place a hold on international deposits.
